Don't beat yourself up if you have user name remorse. Lots of creators on TikTok use a name that no longer fits their brand and they decide that a change is necessary.
Before you change your TikTok username (which is fortunately very easy) just know that you might lose a little traffic if people have been tagging you in previous content.
Besides that, and perhaps a bit of brand confusion, the occasional name change won't cause any real harm. You can do it every 30 days, but I highly recommend you only do it once or you might end up with a shadow ban since TikTok doesn't love when we change things.
Note: The tutorial below is assuming you're changing the username from your phone.
